Cancellation Policy
We require a booking fee of 20% for all services except consultations. This amount is credited towards your service balance upon checkout. All appointments have a 48 hour cancellation window. We understand things come up from time to time but reserve the right to redeem the booking fee for any NO-SHOWS or last minute cancellations. Please contact us immediately for changes.
